What we actually do

Most companies that want offshore capacity face the same wall: to employ someone properly in another country you need an entity there, or you accept the risk of a contractor arrangement that may not survive scrutiny. We remove that choice. The professional working in your team is employed by us, on a compliant contract, through a registered company in the jurisdiction where they live. You direct the work.

That is the whole proposition. Everything else (the vetting, the replacement guarantee, the notice terms) exists to make it low-risk to try.

Registered across three jurisdictions

The structure is the product. A single-entity supplier invoicing across borders cannot offer what this does, and most cannot tell you which entity would be liable if something went wrong.

Outstaff Solutions was established in 2026 by co-founders Fahad Ahmed and Wali Muhammad. The reasonable question that follows is how a company founded in 2026 has a network of 21,000+ screened professionals.

The answer is that the network predates the company. Our founding team brings nearly a decade in staff augmentation, and the candidate database was built and screened over that period. Outstaff Solutions is the formalisation of that track record across three registered entities, not a standing start.

We would rather state that plainly than let a number on a homepage imply a history the company itself does not have. You work directly with the founding team.
