This website at www.outstaffsol.com is operated by Outstaff Solutions Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under Company No. 17272604, whose registered office is at 2 Redwood Garden, Godolphin Road, Slough, England, SL1 3DT, United Kingdom (“we”, “us” or “our”).
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. We recommend that you keep a copy for your records.
The Outstaff Solutions name is used by three separate legal entities under common ownership: Outstaff Solutions Limited in the United Kingdom; Outstaff Solutions & Technology FZCO, licensed in the IFZA free zone, Dubai (Reg. 79670); and Outstaff Solutions, an association of persons registered in Pakistan (Reg. J177366). These terms are given by Outstaff Solutions Limited in respect of this website only. Each entity is separately responsible for its own obligations, and nothing on this website makes one of them liable for the acts or omissions of another.
These terms apply to your use of the website. They do not govern the supply of any service by us. Where we provide staff augmentation, fractional resource or managed services, that engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, an invitation to treat on fixed terms, or professional advice of any kind. Rates, timescales, availability and delivery models described on this website are indicative and depend on the requirement, the location and the seniority of the professionals involved. Nothing on this website should be relied on as the basis for any decision without first obtaining written confirmation from us.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that paragraph, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these terms, and we will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated saving, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website, or your reliance on any content on it.
